lotus sutra idea could take place of police with regard to anarchism?

the nichirien form of buddhism and thich nhat hah if spelled name right is buddhist practicing wways of lotus sutra which emphasizes peace and minfullnes so might this replace the prison system and have implications for anaechism or fit the anarchist approach?

I don't expect prisons will be "replaced" with anything in an anarchist society. Perhaps more accurately, I expect prisons will be replaced by a multitude of responses on the part of those directly connected to those conflicts currently mediated by the state. I imagine some people will respond to conflict through Buddhist peace and mindfulness practices; other people will get in a fist fight.
