It depends.
Some anarchists would claim that voting is violence. To force someone to adhere to a law regardless of the reason (popular vote, dictator's whim, etc.) is coercion pure and simple.
Still other anarchists vote strategically. They try to shrink the state slowly by voting for candidates who claim to fight for small gov't.
Overall, most anarchists find voting distasteful because it implies acceptance of the governmental system.
