I am looking for a book or two on the history of French anarchism around the time of the Paris Commune. Any leads?

I am, more specifically, looking for an in depth description of the 'lois scelerates' or 'villainous laws' of 1893-1894 from a source that is /not/ wikipedia. It would be really awesome to find the actual laws translated into English.
