There are a lot of answers to similar questions if you check out the questions tagged with "democracy" and "voting."

It depends.

Some anarchists would claim that voting is violence. To force someone to adhere to a law regardless of the reason (popular vote, dictator's whim, etc.) is coercion pure and simple.

Still other anarchists vote strategically. They try to shrink the state slowly by voting for candidates who claim to fight for small gov't. I read an article by Noam Chomsky in which he advocated doing the opposite: voting for a bigger, stronger gov't to crush corporations first and then using 'people power' to take care of gov't itself (http://c4ss.org/content/1659).

Overall, most anarchists find voting distasteful because it implies acceptance of the governmental system.
