In an anarchist conference suppose someone grabs some big trash can and starts throwing it all in the corridors, dumping the whole trash can around. Is it not in contradiction to anarcho-communism to use force, throw the person out, make her/him clean it up? Suppose this person is really determined to refuse to comply to any demands and/or debating about her behavior, even the best shunning wouldn't work.

In addition to what dot said below, I'd like to point out that there are many possible responses to the situation you described. You only mentioned using force as an option, with the only implied alternative being to just watch the thing unfold unimpeded. I could think of quite a few things that would disrupt this person's course of action, without forcing the person to do anything. A little creativity and mutual aid could go a long way...

the idea that anarchy is the validation of anyone doing anything they want to do is, how do you say... wrong.
one of the basic tenets of even classical anarchy is free association. that means (among other things) that people don't have to hang out with people they don't want to hang out with. in this case, presumably, you wouldn't want to hang out with someone who was trashing a place that you didn't want trashed.
many many answers on this site discuss the validity of force under certain circumstances. (whether this would be one of those circumstances would depend on things that you don't specify in your question. )
