lets just assume that i am entirely uneducated in regards to any of this information. can someone please tell me where we are, why we can not find it to come together. anarchy, to me, is not chaos, but the ultimate definition of self accountability. my question. when.

We are in Vacaville, come join us.
um, wikidhippie, why is "anarchists" in quotation marks? and why do you say "let's assume"? are you or aren't you entirely uneducated? the answer would probably vary based on what you already know and/or think.
ps: chaos and self accountability are hardly incompatible, much less mutually exclusive.
and where is that? we are seattle headed southbound via the 101 i do believe.
it is quotation marks as in now that i have read quite a bit more on this site i see there are in fact educated and founded answers and opinions. but i only found this site at a desperate attempt cause i just want to be among like minded people. trees are wise and flowers are beautiful but i typically cant bounce too many ideas off them. and i am more practiced than educated in anarchy, i disconnected from society and the majority of its people no matter what i have been doing. i went the ignorant route telling myself that i was not stable enough to handle what was going on. i fear that this is all to common no matter what side or sect of american life one finds them self on or a part of.  also i did not meant that they are in compatible but both a part of what makes up the whole of my personal anarchism.
Head towards the Bay Area from I-5 South. Vacaville will be there, full of promise and allure, though actually I won't. I've never been to Vacaville. Do you actually mean this as a literal, "where my anarchists at?" sort of question?

If so, a better question might be the more general, "how do anarchists find each other?" dunno if that has already been asked here.
that would be a far better way to word it but i was just fed up with all the dead ends and didnt expect to even find anything of real value. so if you are not there how do you know it is there? i have found it and it is not even that far off the path, as it were, that we are vaguely goin by. but how do i know its not a like a big brother trap or a mexican gang bang for that matter? is there anything that i can find out about the place prior to just hitchin in?
I have gone from site to site also looking for others who think outside the box and who enjoy promblem solving.  I find that I still don't quite fit here, but we never must come to a place where we all agree.

It is hard to find a plan or direction with anarchy.  Being against authority, hierarchy, and capitalism are one thing, well more than that; it opens the door for a whole different sort of world.  The defination of anarchy is not against a plan or a better world.  It is against those who wish to control, manipulate, and oppress others.  But what about being for humanity and a vision that could move us beyond the current state of the world.

There could be a plan, a design plan because anarchy offers so many advantages and possibilities.  We donit have to to throw everything out.  There are benefits to technolgies and infrastructures that can be adjusted to become earth-friendly and sustainable.

To think that the collapse of society is the answer, only presents the opportunity of something worse filling in the void.  Or of the notion just to wait and see what the future will be, is almost of the same mentality of waiting for others to decide on what our future should be.

It is much easier to live a primitive lifestyle in a technologically advance society than the opposite.  A collapse of government of economy could very well send us on that path.

A less snarky response than my "vacaville" comment would be that anarchists are present in most cities in most parts of the world, as well as being present in many smaller communities, though how easy to find they are will be based on a number of factors that include how many anarchists there are in a particular place, the degree of repression they face, physical geography, and so forth.

Good ways to figure out where anarchists might be would include keeping an eye on anarchist news or other websites that carry news of anarchist activity. In some places anarchists have established physical spaces that could be jumping off points. It might be possible to find anarchists at various Occupy locations, though that is far from a sure thing.

Also, read stuff. Anarchists have different characteristics in different places, so figuring out what particular style you feel the most affinity for and then figuring out where there are anarchists of that sort will be helpful.

The vagueness of this answer, and the reason I suspect you haven't gotten too much response to this is that it is still dangerous at times to reveal too much about oneself as an anarchist on the internet. There is always the possibility that you are a cop/fbi/fascist trolling for information, and because of the mediated nature of this fomr of communication, we have less ability to gauge that, excepting that asking people to disclose information about where one is, who they are, and so forth is frequently a good tip off. Sorry if this seems shitty, it is just how it is. Investigating some of the recent stories of repression against anarchists might be ehlpful in understanding why we are sometimes a bit cagey about such things. Here is one example:

my apologies, i am not very internet savvy, i dont think about the traceable shit i am about to delete all of my internet things tomorrow before we leave. i am still very lost myself i only have ideas and i dont think a lot of things through. i dont wanna put people at risk and i hope that prying about the vacaville thing is not offensive, i just didnt think. i just want the change over i want the the revolution, or at least to feel like i am a part of something thats headed that way and i have been at it alone for years, i want to be a part of something big enough to do something if that makes any sense. i am also not mentally sharp at this moment, long night last night. but anyway, i just wanna find others like me.
Prying about me commenting on vacaville is not an issue, because neither I nor anyone I know is there. I was mostly trying to help explain the lack of direct answers.

If you want to know more about internet security, https://www.riseup.net has some pretty good info, and there is stuff available at https://www.zinelibrary.info. Worth checking out, as dangerous as the internet can be, it is also a helpful tool, even if I ultimately want to fry its' circuits.
